Job summary

AMG Tech Support is hiring hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support a national client base. This role involves field deployments, OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across diverse environments including retail, medical, and corporate settings.

You will work independently, maintain professionalism with clients, and be on-call for service requests within your territory. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the listed certifications or 5+ years field experience.
• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• Reliable personal vehicle and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
