Job summary

AMG Tech Support is looking for hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond helpdesk, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across buildings. You will also handle telecom tasks and operate independently in diverse settings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in IT/Telecom, plus certifications like A+ or Network+. On-site work with on-call availability, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience is required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are nice-to-have, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Install OS, diagnose hardware, and set up software.
• Perform structured cabling, drilling, running, and cabling dressing.
• Handle telecom tasks (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within your territory.
