Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This hands-on role goes beyond desk work, including OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You will work independently on-site at retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, maintaining a high level of professionalism and being on-call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/telecom technician role requiring field work.
• Minimum 1 year IT/telecom experience or 5+ years field experience.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Conduct structured cabling tasks and related telecom work.
• Travel across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests in your territory.
