AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk, including OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work in diverse environments.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, stay on-call, and travel within an 80-mile radius from home. A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsabilités

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
