AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom work across various environments.

You will work independently on-site at diverse locations such as retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, and be on-call for service requests within your territory. A valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Formación

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Conduct structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Perform telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call for service within your territory.
