Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base. This hands-on role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with field assignments across diverse sites.

You will install operating systems, perform hardware diagnostics, run structured cabling, and handle telecom tasks while traveling within a defined territory. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, and travel pay is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/Telecom experience required
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables) and telecom work
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory
