Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support a national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk work, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom tasks across varied sites.

You will operate in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, traveling within your territory. The position requires 1 year of IT/Telecom experience, a valid driver’s license, and your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/Telecom experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the field across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate sites.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
