Job summary

AMG Tech Support is hiring skilled technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond desk work, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining high client professionalism, and responding to service requests within your territory. On-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Certifications: A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
