Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and being on-call to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/Telecom professional with field task experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs and printers is a strong plus.
• Certifications or substantial field experience are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within your territory.
