Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Field Support Technician to maintain and repair store IT equipment, including registers and rack gear. You will act as the on-site IT representative, triaging issues and guiding store staff while coordinating with the IT department.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in field IT support.
• Associate degree or equivalent training required.
• CA Driver's License with valid DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of store IT equipment, front end and registers.
• Travel to stores to perform field IT duties and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with offsite departments to avoid duplicate efforts.
• Maintain company van and inventory records.
• Assist deployment of new technology as needed.
• Handle daily tickets and time entries to ensure timely resolutions.
