Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support or field service experience.
• Experience with POS, PBX/VOIP, and virtual servers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support at Vallarta stores.
• Install, repair, and maintain store technology systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, networking, telephony, and servers.
• Diagnose issues and document work with detailed reports.
• Maintain inventory and process warranties/RMA with vendors.
