Job summary

The ProActive Technology Group is seeking a technically skilled Field Technician based primarily at our Greenvale, NY office, with roughly half of duties at client sites across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island.

You will provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support, troubleshoot end-user issues, assist with deployments and infrastructure changes, and maintain strong documentation and communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in managed services/field IT support
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security devices

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support for client environments
• Troubleshoot workstation and device issues
• Assist with deployments and office IT moves
• Travel to client sites ~50% of time
• Document findings and communicate with client contacts
