Qualifications

• 3 years of enterprise help desk support experience.
• Daily travel to clinic/field locations required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations for troubleshooting and installations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printers; replace components as needed.
• Deploy standardized PC and printer setups; image and rollout new computers.
• Consult with IT management on problems and solutions.
• Document service calls and maintain compliance with regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
