Job summary

DAS Health is seeking a Field Services Technician I to provide proactive onsite and remote support for clients, resolving foundational IT issues and maintaining service records. You will troubleshoot endpoints, networks, servers, cloud environments, and Microsoft 365 while ensuring reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities include ticket resolution, documentation updates, change management adherence, and client onboarding support. Travel to client sites and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in field services or IT support.
• Networking concepts and client technologies basics.
• Experience with Windows Server and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Microsoft 365 familiarity.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work after hours if needed.
• Willingness to learn during 1–2 week training.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service tickets through resolution and meet SLAs.
• Inform clients of request status and explain tech info to non-technical users.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and provide foundational support for networks, Windows servers, cloud environments, OS, apps, endpoints.
• Maintain accurate ticket, asset, configuration, and knowledge records (IT Glue).
• Follow change and configuration management procedures and system upgrades.
• Support client onboarding, technology implementations, and vendor apps.
• Travel to client sites for assessments, inventories, and installations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backups and maintenance tickets; identify recurring issues.
• Assist the Service Desk with call queues and tickets as needed.
