IT Solutions is a fast-growing MSP delivering high-end technology solutions to small and mid-market businesses. The Technician, Field Services role focuses on client onsite support, issue resolution, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in a helpdesk role, triaging issues.
• 1+ years as a Network Administrator with Windows and Office 365.
• Experience with Windows desktop/server versions (2012-Current).
• Experience with Office 365 Exchange Online and Exchange 2013-Current.
• Experience with firewalls/remote access VPNs (Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet).
• Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise Manage).
• Experience with networking products (Ubiquiti, Ruckus, Aruba, VMware, Dell, Adobe).
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Office 365 Admin.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to client offices to provide services.
• Install and configure workstations, laptops, printers, routers, and peripherals.
• Answer technical service calls and create tickets.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues to root cause and document outcomes.
• Provide phone and onsite support with a positive customer focus.
• Create tickets and escalate to appropriate groups.
• Analyze logs and perform Tier 1 incident routing.
• Coordinate with multiple tech groups and vendors to resolve issues.
• Work with client's service coordinators to manage tickets.
