Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a proactive IT Technician to support 120+ locations and corporate users. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, maintain hardware/software, and help deploy AI-powered tooling. Travel up to 70% and lift up to 35 lbs are required.

You will work under the Director of IT, focusing on uptime, security, incident response, and process improvement across stores and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in computer networks, systems maintenance, or IT support.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM/help desk platform.
• Fundamental cybersecurity knowledge and endpoint security.
• Exposure to AI tools or IT integrations is a plus.
• CCNA accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across sites.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac issues.
• Aim for 99%+ uptime; monitor performance.
• Follow safety standards and manage cables.
• Repair or replace damaged hardware promptly.
• Handle new store installations, network setup, device provisioning.
• Document procedures and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Manage IT Help Desk tickets with SLA adherence (Freshservice).
• Triage, categorize, escalate, and resolve requests.
• Maintain clear user communication during ticket lifecycle.
• Propose permanent solutions to recurring issues.
• Support cybersecurity policy implementation across locations.
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and policy violations.
• Assist with AI tooling deployment and audits.
• Collaborate with IT Director to integrate AI into workflows.
• Monitor AI integration performance and flag issues.
• Generate IT performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and actionable insights.
