Job summary

Just Salad is seeking an IT Technician to support more than 120 locations across multiple markets, with responsibilities spanning traditional IT support, cybersecurity, and AI-powered tooling. You will report to the Director of IT and help drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact, aligned with the company's mission.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT, strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience with Freshservice, and willingness to travel up to 70% plus occasional

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of IT networks, systems maintenance, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Freshservice or a comparable ITSM.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals (endpoint security, access management).
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or IT integrations is a plus.
• CCNA accreditation advantageous.
• Proficiency in software installation and systems administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and weekend on-call.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across sites.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments.
• Aim for 99%+ uptime; monitor performance and manage cable management.
• Execute store installations including network setup and device provisioning.
• Document procedures for knowledge base development.
• Manage IT Help Desk tickets via Freshservice.
• Support cybersecurity policies across locations and corporate users.
• Assist with AI tool deployments and integrations.
• Generate IT performance reports and dashboards.
