Job summary

Magnolia Oil & Gas is seeking an Field IT Systems Engineer to support employees and operations across field offices. The role owns issues from intake to resolution, performs field deployments, and assists with administration across Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and cloud services.

You will work with IT teams, vendors and Field Operations to maintain safety, cybersecurity standards and documented IT procedures while traveling to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Windows 11/Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise support practices.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and common troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field and deskside IT support at field offices and operational locations.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint issues and coordinate escalations.
• Administer access, security groups, and least-privilege permissions.
