Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support fielded ground systems. You will perform SME level administration, maintenance, and fault isolation of complex computer and communications equipment for our customers.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT Level 2.
• Experience with computer systems administration (Tier 1-2).
• OS administration (Linux, Windows Server/Client).
• Software integration and system patching/updates.
• Networking fundamentals (Switching/Routing).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME field systems administration for sustained operations.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance, fault isolation, and analysis of fielded ground systems.
• Execute system administration on physical and virtual environments; troubleshoot interoperability and user issues.
• Install, test, and apply security patches and updates; manage domain controllers and group policy objects.
• Communicate technical changes clearly to diverse audiences.
