Job summary

Life Cycle Power is seeking a Field IT Technician to support critical communications and IT systems at remote operational sites across West Texas and beyond. This role requires hands-on field work, travel to remote environments, and independent troubleshooting to maintain 98–100% uptime.

You will configure network hardware, test cabling, and support ROC and site personnel. The candidate should enjoy problem solving in the field, have IT certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to

Qualifications

• Field IT technician readiness and willingness to travel to remote sites.
• Certification credentials in IT infrastructure expected.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to remote locations to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and replacements on IT equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues affecting site connectivity and uptime.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system stability and security.
• Configure and deploy field computers, network gear, and monitoring systems.
• Document site visits and updates in internal ticketing systems.
