LifeStance Health is hiring an IT Support Technician to join our IT team. The role is hands-on, focused on end-user support, incident resolution, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, configure workstations, manage accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and document tickets. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support via phone, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and macOS.
• Configure and install workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD and Microsoft 365.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
