Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our IT team in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will provide front-line and second-line technical support for Windows and macOS environments, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks while maintaining ticketing records.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, plus familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with IT help desk experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and networks.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VPNs, and remote access tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end-users by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and macOS devices.
• Configure workstations, printers, and mobile devices; manage user accounts.
• Document incidents in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain IT asset inventory.
