Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Boston. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products and troubleshoot to resolve issues per established guidelines.

The role requires basic to moderately complex analytical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to manage service calls and related administration. Training and certifications are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
