Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. The role focuses on hardware break-fix at client sites, requiring problem solving and solid customer service to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

You will work under a Territory Supervisor, performing diagnostics, repairs, and administrative tasks while coordinating with clients and team members. A technical background and field experience are valued, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and perform field service tasks.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit and carry it to calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
