Job summary

MICA Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver front-line desktop and field device support across multiple Dallas–Fort Worth sites. The role emphasizes on-site visits, mobility device management, and collaboration with a small IT team.

The successful candidate will travel between company locations, configure and support smartphones/tablets, and handle AD/M365 administration while maintaining security best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on desktop or help desk support experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting mobile devices in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to company sites across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for on-site support.
• Configure, deploy and support smartphones and tablets for field crews.
• Provide frontline help desk support and triage incidents with proper documentation.
• Administer Active Directory accounts, licenses in Microsoft 365 and device enrollment.
