MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is hiring an IT Field Services Technician to provide advanced onsite and field-based support for multiple practice locations and headquarters in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires frequent travel, after-hours availability, and strong hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Services & Deployment: Deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at practice locations and headquarters, including servers, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
• Onsite IT Assessments: Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments of infrastructure, hardware, software, and security posture; document findings and remediation plans.
• Onsite Support & Field Coverage: Provide on-site IT support for local practices and remote sites; travel frequently to support multi-site operations.
• Advanced & Tier 3 Support: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for the Service Desk; resolve complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Server & Virtual Infrastructure Support: Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP; assist with VMs provisioning and maintenance.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles; track changes and assets.
• On-Call & After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours and weekend support as required to maintain business continuity.
