Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break fix services on client products, communicating clearly and delivering service calls with strong customer service. The role requires basic troubleshooting, asset control, and adherence to guidelines.

You may mentor colleagues and handle administrative duties as needed. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will travel to client locations, carry a basic repair

Qualifications

Technical school certification or equivalent.
1–2 years relevant experience.
Ability to drive to client locations.
Valid driver’s license.
Own a basic repair tool kit.
Lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
