Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in New Jersey. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services and support client products, reporting to the Territory Supervisor. You should troubleshoot and resolve issues following established guidelines.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, documenting actions, and ensuring asset control. Candidates should possess solid customer service skills and the ability to travel to client

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
