Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused break fix services on client products at various locations and report to the Territory Supervisor.

You will troubleshoot and repair according to department guidelines, and may guide colleagues on complex tasks. Responsibilities include handling service calls, asset control, and administrative duties while maintaining strong customer service and clear

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
