Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to support its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves hardware break fix at client sites, requiring basic troubleshooting and strong customer service. You will manage service calls, document actions, and help with asset control while meeting business needs.

Ideal candidates drive to locations, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and own a repair toolkit. Technical certification or equivalent plus 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
