Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. This role supports hardware‑focused, break fix services on client products, reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

You will diagnose issues, perform service calls, and ensure proper asset control and inventory handling. The position requires basic to moderate troubleshooting, and the ability to work within established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Provide excellent customer service during service calls.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
