Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform hardware-focused break fix services on a variety of client products and coordinate service calls across sites.

Candidates should have basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills, a technical school certification or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and complete service calls assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
