Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Systems (infrastructure, operations, or applications).
• 1+ year of field support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for hardware/software maintenance per SOPs.
• Set up and support video/audio-conferencing hardware.
• Lead network equipment installations and site transitions.
• Document and manage tickets in the system.
• Support events and open houses.
• Advise developers and operations with technical guidance.
• Evaluate new hardware and technologies for management.
