Job summary

dstaffing is looking for experienced Hardware Technicians to support various clients in Maryland. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience in hardware support, familiar with computer workstations, servers, and peripherals. Applicants must hold relevant certifications such as Security+ and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work hours are between 6 am and 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in hardware support.
• Must be CWIP Compliant - CompTIA A+, Net+, or Security+.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for computer workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Conduct site surveys and document current site configurations.
• Prepare site installation and test reports.

Skills

Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals

Installing Windows, software, applications, antivirus, and patches

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Windows 7 and 10

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

High school/GED with Security+ certification

Associate’s degree in a technical field

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
