Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for critical applications and hardware across distribution centers. You will resolve complex computing and networking issues, own resolutions, and participate in ERP/WMS-related problem solving with application teams.

Role includes laptop deployment, asset management, and device procurement. Willingness to travel up to 75% is required; a related degree or experience in a technical support environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 3 to 4+ years of related experience, or GED with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting business applications and devices in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for business-critical applications and hardware.
• Identify and address recurring issues; own resolution from start to finish.
• Assist with ERP/WMS issues by collaborating with application teams.
• Lead laptop deployments and manage asset inventory; support procurement processes.
