Job summary

REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO is seeking a Field IT Support Technician to perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and Key Control devices. A company vehicle is provided to travel to customer sites, with duties including inventory control and documenting work in our service tracking system.

The role requires 1+ years of hardware/networking experience, a technical associate degree or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of technical experience in hardware and networking.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record and no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Install and service computer equipment, printers, and Key Control devices onsite.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and update service records.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicle; occasionally stay overnight.
• Document work in the service tracking system.
