Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for critical applications and hardware. You will resolve complex computing/network issues, maintain IT policy compliance, and collaborate with various IT teams to support ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5+ years in technical support, asset management, and deployment of laptops and devices.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.
Experience maintaining MDFs/IDFs health and cleanliness.
Experience supporting business applications and devices, ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for business-critical applications and hardware, resolve complex computing and networking issues, elevate as needed, and support IT policies.
Demonstrate ownership of issue resolution from start to finish and participate in high-priority calls.
Assist with ERP/WMS issues by coordinating with application teams and monitoring devices and equipment.
