Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking a Field Support Level 1 to provide IT assistance across outpatient imaging centers and call centers in the Bakersfield area. The role includes onsite and remote troubleshooting, inventory management, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

The position is contract-based, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills, with travel between sites as needed to ensure IT readiness for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or equivalent IT support experience.
• Experience supporting PCs, printers, servers and network operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to assess IT needs and deliver on projects.
• Monitor issues, service tickets and ongoing projects across sites.
• Participate in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of systems and perform ongoing updates.
