This full-time onsite role focuses on minimizing downtime for core applications and ensuring data integrity through routine backups. You will act as the primary contact for internal end-users, handle diagnostics on PCs and printers, manage cable setups, and support ERP and Office software.

Qualifications

• Technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Network+), or equivalent experience.
• Experience in PC hardware assembly and diagnostics.
• Basic understanding of server administration and office software navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders/lifts for cable management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
