Job summary

You will handle device maintenance, software problems, OS fixes, and security basics while creating and managing user accounts. Travel between sites is possible, and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical support experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Triage user issues, create tickets, and apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong technical guidance to end users.
• Maintain and resolve common IT issues, including device maintenance, software troubleshooting, OS fixes, and hardware problems.
• Create and manage user accounts, access rights, password resets, and system configurations across platforms.
• Document troubleshooting steps and ticket details clearly in English and Spanish.
• Communicate ticket status to users and IT colleagues to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
• Lead small project tasks and adapt to changing requirements as needed.
