Zusammenfassung

GardenCore is seeking an experienced End User Computing and Field Support Analyst to install and support desktop PCs and notebooks across the organization. You will handle end-user support for Windows OS, Office, printers, and related applications at over 58 sites in the U.S., and travel up to 25–50% as needed.

The role requires a BS in CS or related field and 2+ years of PC installation and support experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of PC installation and end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software technologies.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop OS, MS Office, and Exchange/Outlook.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills across the organization.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, maintain, and support PC desktop and notebook environments.
• Assist end-users desk-side and remotely; minimize escalations.
• Meet or exceed service level metrics for support.
• Test hardware and software compatibility with existing systems.
• Develop and follow processes for PC installation and support.
• Collaborate with team to improve end-user satisfaction.
• Document troubleshooting steps and inventory.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality results.
