CompucomStaffing in Denver, CO is seeking a Level 2 Field Technician to provide end-user IT support. The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with daily travel of 25+ miles. You will handle triage, troubleshooting, and documentation of cases.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows, OSX, Linux, and may hold A+ or OEM certifications. Experience with printers, Apple/Mac, imaging, and ServiceNow is a plus.
Competenze
- 1–2+ years IT support experience.
- Familiar with Windows, OSX, Linux.
- A+ Certification desired.
- OEM Certifications (Dell/Client)
- Apple/Mac experience
- Printer/PC hardware & software support
- Imaging from Network and USB
- ServiceNow experience a plus
- Strong time management and reporting skills.
Mansioni
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve to client scope on IT equipment.
- Document efforts, issues, resolutions, and close tickets daily.
- Support POS, PCs, Printers, Thin Clients, Servers, and network switches.
- Track issues and provide notes/feedback.
- Keep provided tools in good condition.
- Complete all assigned projects and tasks.
