Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience including lead or supervisory roles.
• ITIL certification required.
• Experience in terminal/industrial/transportation/OT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field IT employees and provide day-to-day direction and coaching.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, overtime, and coverage for terminal operations.
• Monitor tickets, service levels, incidents, and metrics; address risks.
• Serve as first management escalation for complex IT issues.
• Lead incident response, stakeholder communication, and post-incident follow-through.
