Qualifications

• Five years of management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with freight systems AS400, Alpha Truck, TMW, Freight Data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations communication between team, customers, agents and drivers.
• Analyze daily reports for performance, trends, opportunities and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and develop surrounding staff to meet terminal needs.
• Implement processes for improvement as required.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, training and employee development.
