Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of a large-scale IT department and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise high volume help-desk tickets and support requests.
• Review and manage help-desk systems and reporting on projects and staff.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures.
• Approve vacation/leave and manage staffing accordingly.
• Prepare and present annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Develop metrics and targets for Technical Support Specialists.
• Maintain familiarity with IT concepts, metrics, tools, and procedures.
