Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or operations.
• 3+ years in IT leadership or management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and systems administration.
• Experience troubleshooting escalated technical issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and technical support for multiple NJ locations.
• Manage, mentor, train, and support local IT staff.
• Serve as primary contact between local stakeholders and centralized IT teams.
• Resolve escalated issues and provide high-quality IT support.
