Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) is seeking an IT Manager to lead on-site support across multiple markets, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management to ensure clinic uptime.

The role partners with practice administrators, clinical leaders, and site staff to uphold HIPAA security and deliver reliable IT services. You will schedule staff coverage, supervise distributed technicians, travel regularly to markets, and drive ongoing service performance improvements for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+, Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL preferred.
Experience in IT support, desktop/field services, or infrastructure operations.
Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for endpoints, peripherals, and clinical workstations.
Escalation point for on-site incidents affecting clinic operations and patient throughput.
Manage coverage scheduling across multiple locations and travel between markets.
Mentor and develop on-site technicians; set expectations and performance goals.
Oversee asset lifecycle, imaging, deployment, and site readiness.
Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Apps, and PM teams for cross-functional issues.
