Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks an IT Manager to lead on-site support across multiple locations, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management. You will partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and PM teams to uphold clinic uptime and service quality.

The role requires coordinating staffing, travel between markets, and mentoring distributed teams while ensuring HIPAA-compliant operations and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT support, desktop and field services, or infrastructure operations.
• Two+ years leading technical support staff, including geographically distributed teams.
• Experience supporting multiple sites with travel between locations.
• Experience with endpoint management, imaging/deployment, hardware lifecycle, and asset inventory.
• Healthcare clinical environment experience preferred (clinic, procedural, ASC).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership for Tier 1 and 2 support, endpoints, peripherals, clinics, and conference equipment.
• Serve as escalation point for on-site incidents impacting operations and patient throughput.
• Build schedules, balance staffing to site volume, and backfill PTO and holidays.
• Lead, mentor, and develop distributed technicians and senior staff.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, procurement, imaging, deployment, and secure disposal.
