Job summary

OneOncology seeks a Manager, IT Field Operations to lead the local IT team for a partner practice in New Jersey. This role focuses on delivering excellent, customer-facing IT service and coordinating with central IT services to improve support delivery.

On-site presence at various NJ locations is required daily. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in tech support, 3+ years in IT leadership, and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of technology support experience.
• At least 3 years in IT leadership/management.
• Healthcare-related IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between practice stakeholders and OneOncology IT teams.
• Lead and oversee IT projects aligned with practice goals.
• Manage daily IT support for the practice and resolve escalated tickets.
• Provide superior customer support and white-glove service to users.
• Improve IT department processes in partnership with central service delivery.
• Communicate updates to practice leadership from start to resolution of issues.
• Ensure service processes and metrics align with central IT standards.
• Collaborate with Director, IT Practice strategy on technology solutions.
• Support clinical technology projects including new clinic openings.
