Job summary

Hopper seeks an IT Manager to lead on-site support across multiple clinic locations, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management and accountability for service performance.

This client-facing role partners with practice administrators and clinical staff, travels between markets, and ensures HIPAA compliance while driving continuous improvement in endpoint, imaging, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: A+ or Network+, Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Experience in IT support across multiple sites and travel between locations.
• Healthcare IT/clinical environment exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Tier 1/2 support for endpoints, printers, clinical workstations, and network closet tasks.
• Escalation point for incidents affecting clinic operations and patient throughput.
• Build and manage technician coverage across multiple sites with travel to markets.
• Mentor and develop on-site technicians, set performance goals, recruit and train new staff.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, imaging, deployment, and disposal across markets.
